D2R: Rune Tracker is a free, fan-made companion application for Diablo II: Resurrected players who want to efficiently manage their in-game inventory and plan their character builds. Whether you are a seasoned veteran farming High Runes in the Chaos Sanctuary or a new player learning how the Horadric Cube works, this tool helps you keep track of everything you find and everything you need. All data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage, ensuring your inventory is private, loads instantly, and works offline.

Rune Inventory Tracking

Diablo II: Resurrected features 33 runes ranging from the common El rune to the extraordinarily rare Zod rune. Runes are socketable items that grant individual bonuses when placed into equipment, but their true power is unlocked when specific combinations are inserted into the correct base items to create Runewords. The Rune Inventory screen displays all 33 runes in a 9-wide grid that mirrors the D2R stash layout. A color-coded tier system helps identify rune value: Low runes (El through Fal) in muted gold, Mid runes (Lem through Ist) in warm orange, High runes (Vex, Ohm, Sur, Cham, Zod) in bright orange, and the most coveted God-tier runes (Lo, Ber, Jah) in fiery orange.

Runeword Browser

Browse all 95+ runewords across every patch from 1.09 through 3.0 (Reign of the Warlock). The app automatically cross-references your rune inventory to show which runewords are ready to craft, which are one or two runes away, and which runes you are missing. Filter runewords by base item type, number of sockets, patch version, character class relevance, and favorites. Each runeword card shows the complete stat list, required runes with color-coded availability, level requirement, and base type compatibility.

Gem and Cube Material Tracking

Track 35 gem varieties across five quality tiers (Chipped, Flawed, Normal, Flawless, Perfect) and seven types (Amethyst, Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz, Skull). The Cube Materials section tracks 24 additional items essential for endgame progression: three Keys (Terror, Hate, Destruction) for Uber portals, five Ancient Statues, three Organs from Uber bosses, four Essences for Token of Absolution respecs, and five Worldstone Shards from recent patches.

Horadric Cube Recipe Browser

The Horadric Cube is one of the most versatile tools in Diablo II: Resurrected. It upgrades gems, transmutes runes into higher tiers, crafts unique items, upgrades base items from Normal to Exceptional to Elite, adds sockets to equipment, and more. The Cube Recipes page lists every known recipe with full ingredient lists and results. The craftability system checks your inventory to show which recipes you can complete now, which are almost ready, and what materials you need.

Complete Item Database

Browse over 380 unique items spanning weapons, armor, jewelry, charms, and jewels with full stat descriptions. View all 32 complete item sets (128 individual pieces) with partial and full set bonuses. Explore 90+ popular base items with socket counts, ethereal availability, and runeword recommendations. Filter items by type, quality tier, character class, and favorites. Ethereal items are clearly marked with purple indicators.

Rune Currency Converter

Runes serve as the primary currency for player-to-player trading in Diablo II: Resurrected. Lower runes combine in the Horadric Cube to create higher-tier versions: three of the same from El through Lem, or two from Pul through Zod. The Rune Converter calculates what your entire inventory is worth if you cubed everything upward, showing cascade conversions, potential gains, and the highest rune you can reach.

Terror Zone Reference Guide

Terror Zones rotate hourly, boosting specific game areas to match or exceed your character level for endgame farming. The Terror Zone page covers all 39 zone groups with area levels, monster density ratings, immunity types, and class recommendations. Filter zones by immunities and add favorites to a personal watchlist. Live rotation tracking and Diablo Clone spawn data are available via community resources at d2emu.com.
