These 24 tracked materials support different goals: encounters, respecs, quest progression and utility recipes. They are not interchangeable. Before farming, identify the output you want and check the edition and difficulty requirements.
For the Pandemonium Event, keep Terror, Hate and Destruction keys as a balanced group. Opening all three Mini Uber portals in the same game avoids repeatedly opening the same destination. Organs belong to the later portal step; a key is not a substitute for an organ.
A Token of Absolution uses all four different essence types. Reign of the Warlock's five-statue encounter is a separate system and must not be confused with the three-key event. The tracker records quantities, not quest flags, portal state or whether your character can safely finish an encounter.
Dropped by The Countess in Tower Cellar Level 5 in Hell. Cube one Terror, Hate and Destruction key in Harrogath to open a Mini Uber portal. Three of each key lets you open all three portals in the same game. Magic Find does not improve key drops.
Dropped by The Summoner in Arcane Sanctuary in Hell. Start from the Arcane Sanctuary waypoint and check its four branches. Key odds depend on player count; Magic Find does not improve key drops.
Dropped by Nihlathak in Halls of Vaught in Hell. Beware Corpse Explosion. Find Item cannot be used on Nihlathak for a second key roll.
Ancient Statue from Terrorized Andariel in Reign of the Warlock (3.0+). Cube one of each of the five statues for the Colossal Ancients encounter. Patch 3.3 reduced statue drop rates.

Reign of the Warlock consumable that terrorizes Act 1. Shards can drop from elite monsters; drops are not guaranteed. Warlock Terror Zones naturally rotate every 30 minutes.

Instantly restores 35% of both Life and Mana. Can be used at any time, even while running. Drops from monsters and chests throughout the game. Cube 3 Rejuvenation Potions to create 1 Full Rejuvenation Potion.
Instantly restores 100% of both Life and Mana. The most powerful healing consumable in the game. Drops rarely from boss monsters and super unique enemies. Cannot be purchased from vendors. Essential for Uber Tristram and Dclone fights. Also craftable via Cube: 3 Health + 3 Mana Potions + 1 Gem, or 3 Rejuvenation Potions.
Found on Wirt's body in Tristram (Cairn Stones portal, Act 1 Stony Field). Cube with Tome of Town Portal to open Secret Cow Level. Must have completed the difficulty's final quest.
