Where to farm Fal runes

Reference farming areas from the app:

• Hell Countess
• Hell Act 3-5
• Secret Cow Level

Rune drops depend on difficulty, monster or chest type, and game settings. These are farming suggestions, not guaranteed drops or a fixed drop rate. The Countess's special rune table reaches Ral in Normal, Io in Nightmare and Ist in Hell; her ordinary item drops are a separate table.
